◈ PRYSM

Terms of Service

Effective: March 1, 2026 · Last updated: March 2, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PRYSM, you agree to these Terms. If you're using PRYSM on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

PRYSM provides AI routing services: we receive your requests and route them to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, and others). We do not provide AI models directly — we optimize selection, cost, and quality across providers. Provider terms also apply to your use of their models through PRYSM.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use PRYSM.

4. Free Trials & Billing

Free trials last 14 days with full access to your selected plan. No charge until the trial ends. Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or annually). You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period. Payments are processed securely via Paddle. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with PRYSM. Monthly plans: you may cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will apply. No partial refunds are issued for monthly plans. Annual plans: if you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase or annual renewal, you are entitled to a full refund. After 30 days, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining unused months. Free trial: if you cancel during the 14-day free trial period, you will not be charged. To request a refund, email billing@prysm1.com with your account email and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Promotional or discounted plans: refunds for annual plans purchased with a promotional discount are calculated based on the discounted price paid. Enterprise contracts: custom refund terms as specified in your enterprise agreement.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK): Consumers located in the EU, EEA, or UK have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of the transaction date, without providing any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, send a clear written statement to billing@prysm1.com before the 14-day period expires. Upon valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received within 14 days using the same payment method. If you explicitly consented to begin using the service during the withdrawal period and have used the service, we may deduct an amount proportional to the services already provided. This right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights under applicable local consumer protection laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use PRYSM for illegal purposes, attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures, reverse engineer the routing algorithms, resell access without a white-label agreement, or use the service to generate content that violates applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

PRYSM's routing technology, algorithms, and infrastructure are protected by intellectual property rights and trade secrets. You retain all rights to the content you create using AI models through PRYSM, subject to each provider's terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

PRYSM is provided "as is." Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for AI model outputs, provider outages, or indirect/consequential damages. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms with 30 days email notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Pricing changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EU residents, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
